Situated atop a hill on a quiet street with rural views over a lovely garden, the cottage provides a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle in a uniquely Lavenham style.

The property is accessed from the street through a cheerful yellow door leading straight into the sitting area with a sofa, two comfortable armchairs, a Smart television, and open wood-burning fireplace. Continuing through to open-plan kitchen and dining space , beside the fully equipped bathroom.

A door at the base of the stairs prevents overuse by inquisitive toddlers and a permanent gate at the top of the stairs prevents accidents. A pass through bedroom at the top of the stairs offers built-in bunk beds, irresistible to younger guests, leading to the master bedroom with a king-size bed and views over the wonderful Suffolk countryside.
