Complimentary Welcome Hamper

A complimentary welcome hamper will be awaiting you on your arrival containing milk, tea, fresh coffee, bread, butter, eggs, juice, wine and cheese, along with other essential items to prepare a light snack or breakfast. There may be some regional variations.

Originally a substantial workshop and five bay cart lodge, The Old Foundry has been sympathetically converted into a spectacular space. The owners have retained the original character of the building, whilst finishing it to an exceptionally high and exacting standard. Some of the key features include a handmade Henry Gordon-Jones kitchen, two sophisticated bathroom suites and, of course, the sheltered veranda, accessed through sliding doors and overlooking your own private, south-facing expanse of garden.

On entering the property there is a tastefully decorated, vaulted reception hall/second sitting room with large working fireplace. This leads through double doors into the drawing room where three sets of large sliding doors open out onto the veranda with its own outside furniture and garden. Beyond, there is large kitchen/breakfast room, master bedroom with en-suite, further double bedroom and a shower room. The large private garden is laid to lawn and bordered by mature hedging.
