Full of authentic Suffolk character, Farm Cottage welcomes you into a cosy open-plan living space where original features, reclaimed wood and a crackling open log fire create an instantly homely atmosphere. The handmade kitchen provides everything needed for relaxed dining, while the sitting area is the perfect place to curl up after countryside adventures. A practical utility room offers space for muddy boots and four-legged companions after long walks. Hidden behind an original cupboard door, the staircase leads to two charming bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and beautiful original elm flooring, while the second bedroom with a single bed is ideal for a child or solo guest. A shower room completes the first floor.

Outside, a table and chairs seating three guests provides the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely morning coffee whilst taking in views across the orchard gardens before setting off on scenic countryside walks.

This cottage forms part of Grove Farm, a collection of six holiday cottages situated within close proximity of one another. While some outdoor areas are shared, each cottage enjoys its own private space, allowing guests to relax and unwind in peace.

Due to the cottage's historic character, there are areas of reduced head height, uneven floors, a narrow staircase and original architectural features throughout.
