Inside on the ground floor, you will find a large open-plan living room with woodburner for those chilly evenings, opening onto a sun trap conservatory and south facing garden and patio area. The kitchen is well equipped with a large oak table as the centrepiece for dining. In addition, there is a quiet snug room, ideal for children, and a convenient shower room and toilet. Upstairs the bedrooms are light, airy and offering spacious comfort. There is a large family bathroom and also a further en-suite off the master bedroom. Granary Cottage is only 10 minutes from Ipswich, and conveniently located giving you easy access to the Heritage Coast, Woodbridge and the undulating country walks Suffolk has to offer. The cottage was situated in beautiful surrounding and was very spacious. It was extremely peaceful and well provided for generally, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen and facilities for home entertainment. It was necesary to have a car to reach restaurants and supermarkets although there is a pub and local small grocery shop within walking distance. All in all a very enjoyable stay and Mr and Mrs Weller were responsive hosts.

Peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings. The cottage was perfect for our stay and Sally & Simon were responsive & friendly. Their farm is stunning The Granary Cottage had its own back garden and we could acces the farm to take our dog on walks around the lake behind their property & along their amazing garden. It really is such a gorgeous setting nestled off the A137 which made for easy acces for us to where we needed to be. Lots of local areas to explore and local restaurants - but the cottage had everything we needed to feel like home away from home. We would definitely stay again - Thank you both!
