Found on a historic working farm in the North Suffolk countryside, this lovely lodge promises easy-going days and starry-night soaks in your own hot tub. It’s a relaxed base for families and friends, with countryside walks from the door and an on-site shop for treats and essentials. When you’re ready to explore, scale the ramparts at Framlingham Castle (8.5 miles), ride heritage carriages at the Mid-Suffolk Light Railway (9.5 miles), or browse family attractions at Stonham Barns Shopping Village (11 miles). Nature lovers can head to RSPB Minsmere (21 miles), while the Suffolk coast, including Southwold, Thorpeness and Aldeburgh, lies within 25 miles for beach days and coastal strolls.

Inside, an inviting open-plan living, dining and kitchen space brings everyone together for slow breakfasts, board games and film nights. Sink into the sofas for a movie on the Smart TV, with a warm ambience from the coal-effect electric fire. The kitchen area makes holiday cooking sociable, so the chef never misses the chat, and there’s a coffee machine for an easy start to each morning. After days out, enjoy a private sauna session before bedtime. The sleeping layout suits mixed groups: one king-size bedroom features an en-suite with a walk-in shower and WC, while two further twin bedrooms offer zip-and-link beds that can be made up as king-size on request. A family bathroom completes the set-up with a bath, a shower over the bath and a WC.

Outside, a gated veranda extends the living space with luxury rattan-style furniture for al fresco unwinding, while the private hot tub is thoughtfully sunken into the deck for easy access. The on-site shop is close at hand for handy top-ups between day trips. Please note that the veranda is gated, which is helpful for guests bringing pets. There is private parking next to the lodge.

- Please respect the neighbouring cabins and keep the noise levels minimal, especially between 9pm and 8am

- Please keep dogs near your lodge or on a lead and ensure that waste is bagged and binned immediately. We kindly ask that you take your dog onto the grass and not allow any toileting on the decking. Dogs must not be allowed on beds or furniture within the property, and must not be left unattended.
