About this property
Weavers Mark Cottage is a stylish one-bedroom Grade II listed barn in Palgrave, converted in 2023 and all ground floor for easy living. The bedroom features a 5’ king-size bed, and the cosy living area is perfect for unwinding. Outside, a private patio with dining for four and garden benches offer the ideal spot for al fresco meals or relaxing in the peaceful countryside.
Inside the retreat you will immediately notice the high quality of finish, attention to detail and tasteful furnishing throughout. This is evident in the bedroom, where the king-size bed has been dressed with fine, white linens and thick, generous towelling. Beyond the bedroom, the open-plan living area remains light and airy throughout the day, and provides access to a three acre garden via large french doors. Here you can also enjoy the feature wood burning stove and large Smart television, or simply take in a good book accompanied by the abundant local wildlife that frequents the mature garden and pond.
Outside, dining furniture is provided on the private patio and includes seating for four people, ideal for al fresco dining in fine weather. Further into the garden, additional benches are provided and guests are encouraged to make use of this shared space. Please be aware, there is a fenced pond within the garden. To the front of the property, off-road parking for one car is provided.

The cottage is situated on the owners' property and two cats are free to roam the gardens.
