As you enter the property you’ll find a large kitchen/lounge, perfect for socialising before your day begins. Treat yourself to a delicious coffee from the machine and nibble breakfast on the island unit. Return from adventures to curl up on the sofas, have a chat, watch a film or play a game. For formal dinners, try the dining nook. It’s flooded with natural light from lots of windows and is a great spot for enjoying your food. Head upstairs to find the bedrooms. This property has three, and they’re all comfortable, beautiful and restful. First, there’s a double bedroom with a window seat where you can take a beat with your partner. Next there’s a single room, and finally there’s another double with an en-suite and views to the sea. The garden is paved and has a dining area for sunny evenings, completed by flower beds for a pop of colour.

You’ll be in the centre of Aldeburgh, about 300 metres from the beach. The town is lovely, and you’ll find plenty of places to eat, drink or learn about the local heritage. You can take days out to Snape Marshes (5.5 miles), which is packed with incredible wildlife, or make a picnic and explore Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (13 miles). Finish your holiday by visiting Leiston Abbey (5.5 miles), a beautiful ruin.
