This former fisherman's cottage is a gem on Aldeburgh High Street, being ideally located for all the Suffolk Coast has to offer. Nestled at the quieter end of this lively high street, this two-bedroom cottage is a couple of minutes' walk from the local restaurants, pubs and shops, and a stone's throw from the shingle beach. Perfect for couples and small families looking for a charming seaside retreat.
The front door opens into the sitting room which features a wood burning stove, a sofa, two armchairs and a Smart television, plus games and books to keep you entertained. Behind this is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with seating for four guests. The rear door leads to a small courtyard garden with seating for four, and a small external utility area offers a washing machine and a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs, a double bedroom overlooks the High Street, while a peaceful rear bedroom with twin beds overlooks the garden. A fully equipped bathroom completes the property. The cottage opens onto the High Street, just moments from the dining option of the Brudenell Hotel, or a walk along the beach, and boat watching along the Alde River Estuary.
