It is a barn conversion, with two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with a wood-burner. It also boasts a walk-in shower. large windows look out over open fields and woods from this cottage, which is one of a small cluster within the grounds nof the owners home.
These comfortable conversions are within easy reach of forest, heath and beaches and lie in a secluded rural setting. Visitors can enjoy wildlife at Dunwichn Forest or rspb Minsmere. Walberswick, with its sandy beach and dunes, nthe elegant resort of Southwold, Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings are all nearby. Shooting, fishing and archery are only 1 mile away. Beach 4 miles. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles.. Both properties: Oil central heating (£15per week September-May poa). Electricity, bed linen and towels included. We had a lovely stay here at the wood shed ,very peaceful and rural and great for dog walking The games room and laundry room is great ,its certainly been well thought about with attention to detail This is our second yeR we have stayed at the wood shef.

This is a lovely barn conversion cottage. It was very clean and comfortable. Lovely views over countryside. We saw a barn owl on the fence post our first evening. The owner was friendly and welcoming. The location is slightly remote but if you want peace and quiet, which we do, it’s just the place .

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights .could do with a lick of paint inside but beds was comfy and clean .Outside we was very disappointed when we arrived as on the photos when we booked was a lovely little patio area , but it didn't look like the photos. Very run down lots of weeds and very messy .it was such shame as it was such lovely weather but unfortunately it wasnt nice to sit outside and there was no umbrella for the little table .I would go back again but only if the garden and patio was attended to has it let the property down
