Furnishings and décor have been carefully chosen to harmonise with the cottage’s beamed interior, but is light, airy and contemporary in its finish. A fine base for exploring the Suffolk Heritage Coast as well as the stunning countryside of the valley. Shops, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

It’s a beautiful, dinky, quirky cottage that was lovely and cosy with the wood burner on. It was a great location for Norwich, Southwold etc and Bungay is a lovely village and well worth a visit. We bought bird food for the bird house and got a lovely surprise of a woodpecker having breakfast one morning. The TV could do with updating and investing in new duvets and pillows and linen would do wonders, but what was there was comfortable.
