On the ground floor of the property is a contemporary kitchen with a breakfast bar on the island plus a long wooden dining table with bench seating. Store your beach kit in the cloakroom/utility room which backs onto a hot outdoor shower. In the basement is a games room with a home cinema, pool table, plenty of games plus soft seating. Four bedrooms plus a family bathroom can be found on the first floor – three super-king-size zip-and-links, two with en-suites, plus a bunk bedroom with an en-suite. The second floor has another family bathroom plus four bedrooms – a single with an en-suite, two twin rooms and a super-king-size zip-and-link with a mini kitchenette and an en-suite. Outside is a spacious lawned garden with a trampoline, slide and Wendy house plus a decked area with seating.

During your stay in the seaside village of Kesingland, on the edge of the Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the sand and single, dog-friendly Kessingland Beach is 200 metres away. You’ll also have a handful of restaurants and shops within 0.5 miles if you need a night off from cooking or to pick up some supplies.
