This wonderful three bedroom bungalow has uninterrupted views out towards the sea. Only a few minutes walk from the beach this three-bedroom bungalow offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to five guests. A perfect property for friends, families and those less mobile who are looking for a coastal escape. Entrance to the property is via a small sun room/entrance porch with a washer for getting eveything clean after a day on the beach. The the light, comfortable, open-plan sitting area with dining and kitchen, an ideal place to relax and take in the spectacular sea views. All bedrooms are off the open plan living room with a double, twin and a single room.
There is one family bathroom. Guests can enjoy the communal gardens and wonderful sand dune beach via a steep set of private steps. The village of Kessingland has a quiet promenade with a cafe, seafood restaurant and a public house. Nearby attractions include Africa Alive, Pleasurewood Hills, Minsmere Nature Reserve and the stunning stately home of Somerlayton Hall. The popular and vibrant seaside town of Southwold is a short drive away and well worth a visit. This holiday property really is an ideal base to explore this wonderful area of Suffolk for couples, friends and families.

Very well equipped, comfortable cottage on a very well maintained quiet site. Would never get tired of the view from the lounge and with the Suffolk coastal path running along side the site down to the dunes and beach its a walkers delight.
