Grounds with sitting out-area and children’s play area (shared with other properties on-site). Indoor heated swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site, 20m x 6m, depth 0.5m-1.2m, open 8am-8pm) with shower facilities. 2 small dogs welcome (to be kept on a lead at all times). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Beach House is located on a wonderful holiday park, within walking distance to the beach and a terrific choice for a seaside holiday. Guests have full access to the indoor heated swimming pool, a children’s play area, restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating, clubhouse hosting seasonal on-site entertainment, and a bar with pool table and dart board.
The property has a modern, open-plan living space with Smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. The master double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a sliding door opening to small terrace with sea views. There is another lovely double bedroom and a bunk bedded room, plus a separate toilet. On the ground floor is a modern family bathroom.
Prefer to eat off the park? Then located opposite the holiday park entrance is the village pub and a Chinese takeaway restaurant, and there is a fish and chip shop in in the village, a short walk away.
You are spoilt for choice with excellent sandy beaches, big open skies and breath-taking sunrises. There are plenty of attractions for all ages to enjoy; Oulton Broad is a short drive away, the southern gateway to the Norfolk Broads National Park, also popular with speed boat racing during the summer. Lowestoft has two piers, classic arcade games, a shopping centre and eateries. The traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth offers the Pleasure Beach, beach fronting with amusements, donkey rides, pitch and putt, fun fairs, pier, promenade and much more. Pleasurewood Hills theme park also offers a fun day out.
Venture further afield and you can explore the Suffolk Heritage Coastline and country parks, and The Broads National Park offers miles of inland waterways, best explored with day boat hire and plenty of waterside eateries to refuel and enjoy. Pub within a mile.

The location is great and views over the coast are lovely and the local pub does good food. Chinese across the road is cash only - which caught a few people out.The property is in need of a makeover and some TLC. No WiFi in the accommodation as was advertised. (no instructions on how to activate if it was available) No information in accommodation ... so didn't know you had to activate hot water until the last day when we found the device in the upstairs toilet which controlled the downstairs shower - so that was cold all week.

Lovely spacious accommodation, very clean . Excellent site and good base for exploring. Only problem was no WiFi as we didn’t have the code and tried to contact the owner but didn’t receive a reply. Other than that great overall experience

No welcome pack was provided so we had no WiFi and no instructions on how to work the heating or hot water. Contacted the owner however he never responded. Decor a little tired and not much seating considering it sleeps up to 7. Club house was closed but luckily there was a pub across the road. Good central location for visiting the area lovely views of the sea from the bedroom.
