There is a pretty enclosed garden ideal for sunbathing, reading a book, drinking your favourite tipple or watching the stars in beautiful Suffolk. The property is within walking distance of Pakefield beach so it is the ideal retreat for a seaside holiday or short break. The living area offers a Smart TV which you can cosy up in front of to enjoy a film after a long day exploring. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need to cook a hearty meal. There are two spacious bedrooms, each fitted with a double bed. There is a pretty enclosed south facing rear garden ideal for sunbathing.
Nearby Kessingland is a traditional seaside village on the Suffolk Heritage Coast and is only 4 miles away, closer is the popular resort of Lowestoft which offers further traditional seaside entertainment including amusements, furthermore, the inland waterways at nearby Oulton Broad. Both Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park and Africa Alive are within a short drive too. Southwold with its pier, summer theatre and a visit to the Adnams brewery is a must. Dunwich Heath and beach, rspb Minsmere, Aldeburgh with its fishing boats and local seafood, and Snape Maltings Concert Hall are all easily accessible, as are the lovely Norfolk Broads.

place is bigger than it looks in photos, wasn't very clean when we arrived and had a musty smell, bedding and towels smelt funny , place needs a bit of work and some new furniture , the settee was uncomfortable after a short while , one of the mattresses in the end bedroom was worn out, tap constantly dripping in kitchen, the recliner chair sounds like its gonna break any minute, was OK for what we paid, garden brilliant for the dogs, off road parking is good , welcome pack was not really much use to us and certainly didn't have milk in it like others mentioned, a good location for sight seeing and a lovely quiet area, nice chippy up the road , aldi a short drive away .

Lovely cottage well equipped good for dogs. Central location. A couple of small issues the tap in kitchen was dripping when turned off and shower was tepid and not very strong spray wise…… I guess these things are addressed at end of season.Will defo book again!
