Guests generally appreciate the well-equipped, clean chalet, praising its proximity to the beach and local amenities. The welcome packs are frequently mentioned as a delightful touch. While some find the space cosy, others consider it cramped, particularly for larger parties or those with pets. The chalet serves as a good base for exploring Suffolk, offering a peaceful stay.
The chalet is consistently described as very clean and tidy, with only a minor note regarding the freshness of the shower and bathroom mats.
The location is well-received for its quiet setting, proximity to the beach, and as a base for exploring the area. One review mentioned an expectation of a beach that wasn't met, but this seems an isolated view.
Comfort is generally praised, but there are mixed feelings about the space available, especially for guests with pets or those requiring more storage.
Facilities are mentioned positively, such as the well-stocked fridge and welcome pack. However, there is a lack of consistent detail about the overall maintenance of the chalet, and one mention of a malfunctioning television prevents a definitive score.
The welcome packs are frequently highlighted and appreciated, contributing to a thoughtful experience. It should be noted that such gifts, while enjoyed by previous guests, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Very small, not enough room for 2 adults and a large dog. Too much decor not needed eg large mirrors, layout of chalet could be improved to make more room. Every cupboard and space filled with owners stuff, no room for guests food or clothing eg no wardrobe in main bedroom. The location was good. Lovely welcome pack for the dog. Nice stuff in fridge but the bread was seeded, I can’t eat seeds due to my allergies so had to buy an other loaf of bread. Dishwasher not needed. Why all the bottles of cleaner? I’m on holiday, don’t want to do “housework” Anyway it was ok after getting used to the place. The fish and chips down the road were very nice.

A beautiful little chalet, very comfortable. The main issue was a television that didn’t work properly. We wexpected to have a beach, but that simply wasn’t there. It was a very quiet holiday, peaceful, no major problems. Such a pretty chalet.
