Sea Breeze is a brand new property completed in 2022 and has been finished to a very high standard, with no expense spared, making it an ideal choice for a staycation. An open plan living area offers a large tv which you can cosy up in front of to enjoy after a long day exploring Suffolk. No matter the time of day, the well-equipped kitchen is the ultimate place to cook up a feast. The spacious bathroom features an elegant roll-top bath and a separate walk-in shower. There are two double bedrooms making Sea Breeze suitable for both families and friends looking to escape to the coast.
Kessingland is a traditional seaside village on the Suffolk Heritage Coast and 4 miles away is the popular resort of Lowestoftm which offers further traditional seaside entertainment. Both Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park and Africa Alive are within a short drive too. Southwold with its pier and summer theatre; Dunwich Heath and beach; rspb Minsmere; Aldeburgh with its fishing boats and local seafood, and Snape Maltings Concert Hall are all easily accessible, as are the lovely Norfolk Broads. Shop ½ mile and pub 500 yards.

This was our 2nd visit to Sea Breeze as we like the location and all its facilities, pub, cafe, restaurant, fish and chips, and of course the beach and grassland for the dog and us to enjoy, all within a short walk. Plus the accommodation at Sea Breeze.We had a couple of issues, one was the Microwave which was sorted by the owner Jason in under an hour with a replacement (great customer service). The 2nd issue was with the internet which again Jason was straight over to re-set the router, but unfortunately the matter was a bit more serious. There was a lot of buffering on most channels including BBC I player, ITVx, 4, 5 etc. However Netflix was perfectly fine, which was very odd. Hopefully it will be sorted in time for the next arrival as Jason was on the case. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he didn't even seem to mind me texting him with updates lol.The accommodation was as good as we remembered it and he has planted some shrubs in the garden which hopefully will grow tall enough to give a bit more privacy, as the garden is definitely not suitable for nude bathing lol.We definitely like Kessingland, found a great place in Wrentham (The 5 Bells) which we had Sunday lunch at and then met up there with friends for a very enjoyable mid week lunch and it is dog friendly.We would also recommend The Fig in Gorleston on sea, had the most amazing lunch there, it is also dog friendly and it has a roof terrace. Overall we had a great week, the weather was cooler and cloudy at time, so it was nice to be able to get out and enjoy places with the dog without being cooked by the sun.We hope to visit again as it is certainly one of the places and areas that we have really enjoyed visiting.

We went for a week with our three dogs and had a great time just relaxing and enjoying the bungalow and its location. Theirs is a chippy at the end of the road, the pub/cafe/pet store a few mins walk away and the beach is close enough that you can hear the waves crashing in the evening. We want to near by Southwold which has some lovely shops, pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended and will hopefully return in the future.
