This property has a £400 security deposit.. Every member of the family has been considered at The Beech House. With its own outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub and cinema there’s no reason to leave, but with a stunning beach less than half a mile away, you’ll need to peel yourself away to explore this superb area. This large detached property has spacious reception rooms for larger parties. The living room has comfortable seating for everyone to sit, relax and reminisce with a glass of wine. Patio doors open out on to the large enclosed garden where you will find the fenced outdoor pool and hot tub to relax in.
The local area is packed with things to see and do including Pleasurewood Hills theme park just a 10-minute walk away, the southern entrance to the Norfolk Broads at Oulton Broad, 3 miles, Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach, 10 miles, and Somerleyton Hall with surrounding Fritton Woods, 4 miles. Beach 350 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 350 yards.

Loved this place. We were family of four and family of three (with baby). Real life better than the photos (and the photos are great). Immaculately clean, perfect bedroom arrangements for us, lovely and quiet. Not overlooked and feeling of privacy. Garden is great for kids and dogs (totally secure and fun). Pool is great, well maintained and surprisingly warm. Hot tub perfect. Cinema room great fun. Loads of storage, lots of space, crockery, fridge and freezer space. Loads of towels provided and loads of beach towels for pool too. Comfy sun loungers excellent. Showers and bathroom excellent and separate toilet very handy. Only things we could have done with were a few more tea towels and a high chair (but we understand reasoning for not supplying). Playing field through gate is good for dogs and nice walk and car boot every Tuesday morning on your doorstep. Local pub just a short walk away - great value, good food, good choice, very friendly and welcome dogs. Chinese take away next to pub really good and even deliver but only accept cash. 15 min drive to Lowestoft or Great Yarmouth. Gorleston shorter drive and ideal for plenty of free parking, shops, beach and good cafes. Only disappointment at cottage was that whilst sea is a stroll across field at back, there is no reasonable way down to it without a much longer walk or drive. Welcome pack is there but best to pack your own and there’s nothing in cupboards which is totally understandable And everything was very clean, so you’ll need everything including stuff like salt, pepper etc. Owner is contactable but leaves you entirely too it. Key access easy, location lovely and we had no problems and had a lovely week. Weather was great - using pool to cool us down- was a bonus. Would highly recommend this very large, spacious and well laid out fun holiday place.

Great stay at the Beech House, definitely a luxury cottage. Even though weather wasn't great we still managed to use the pool and hot tub and when rain was bad we made use of the cinema room. The planned games room should be a great addition. The only thing we struggled a little with was the cooker and frying pans and although this was an expensive booking for us it was worth every penny.

Very nice property. The Cinema room, pool and jacuzzi were excellent. The property was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The location is quiet but can get to most places by car. Would recommend the property and a family would have great fun.
