My main comment is about the sofa and armchairs. The armchairs look great but are function follows form in that you have to be 6 foot 5 to sit in them - ridiculously long seats. I am short! The sofa also gives no support so after a while ones neck aches. Having said that we would return there because the two chairs in the tiny conservatory at the back were comfortable and it was a pleasure sitting inside in the light watching the seagulls flying overhead. Overall we had a fantastic holiday so thank you.

It’s well equipped and well maintained. We loved the Christmas Tree and decorations. We have stayed in many properties in Southwold over the years, but this was the best so far.
