About this property

Bittern House is set on a quiet private lane in Walberswick which means it is a very peaceful place to spend a few days or longer with your family or friends. It is a short walk to the local shops and pubs and you can head out from the back of the house over the farm land to sand dunes and the beach.

The house provides spacious accommodation with an open plan kitchen and dining room with the sitting room leading off the kitchen and three large bedrooms on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and there is a large family bathroom with a separate shower and bath. In addition to the sitting room there is also a games room with table football, a second television and lots of games for keeping everyone busy. There is an enclosed garden with garden furniture and space to play.

Entrance Hall

With cloakroom with WC and wash basin and stairs leading to the first floor.

Open plan Kitchen and Dining Space

Dining table with seating for ten guests. French doors lead out to the rear of the house and the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full height fridge, range style cooker, dishwasher and breakfast bar.

Sitting Room

This has comfy seating for ten guests and a large open fire. The television has a DVD player and there are further French doors onto the patio at the rear of the house.

Games Room

With a further television and sofa and table football. There are also a number of board games available.

Utility Room

With a separate full height fridge and freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer and a further cloakroom with WC. There is a backdoor to the rear of the garden.

First floor:

Master Bedroom

With King size bed and en suite bathroom with separate bath and shower, WC and wash basin.

Second Bedroom

This has a double bed and en suite shower room.

Third Bedroom

With twin beds.

Family Bathroom

With a bath, separate shower, WC and wash basin.

Outside:

The house has a large enclosed garden with a patio and garden furniture. There is parking for 3 cars on the drive.

Additional Information:

Infants are welcome. There is a travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own linen for the cot.

One well behaved dog is welcome to stay (small additional charge).
