Designed for both comfort and style, Northcliffe features six beautifully furnished bedrooms across three floors. The first-floor master bedroom boasts a 6' super-king bed, sea views, and an en-suite shower room. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with twin single beds (which can be configured as a 5' king-size bed on request) with an en-suite shower room, another bedroom with a 5' king-size bed, and a bunk bedroom sleeping four children that shares a family bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms with 5' king-size beds (both can be configured as twin singles on request), each with an en-suite, with one of the rooms enjoying stunning sea views.
The ground floor offers open-plan living at its best, with a sitting room featuring three sofas, smart television, log burner, and Ottoman, alongside a generous dining area with seating for fourteen. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, American-style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and more. A cosy snug with seating and a second smart television provide the perfect spot to relax.
Outside, the property offers both a private enclosed rear courtyard with seating for four and an enclosed front terrace with a table and seating for up to fourteen guests, ideal for alfresco meals or drinks while taking in the sea views. I was born in Southwold 60 years ago and Northcliffe provided a special place to celebrate my birthday. We had fine food, wine, and live music provided by friends and family in the house. It was a great location to observe sunrises and our dog loved his walks on the beach especially trying to steal other dogs balls. The house is very well furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. My wife noted the general colour scheme for the dining room and ensured that we brought our colourful family crystal to complement it. All our guests of which there were many over 10 days complimented the comfort of the beds. We also enjoyed the local restaurants, we had a few lovely evenings particularly at The Crown, where the staff and the food was great. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Thank you, Tim

Northcliffe is a lovely comfortable house overlooking the sea. Everyone remarked on how well they slept and to listen to the sea while falling asleep and on waking was blissful. It was a big birthday for me so to be able to have my family stay with me was very special. My eldest granddaughter loved it so much that she wanted to move in permanently! Oh, I should mention the house was beautifully clean and those who cooked loved the kitchen - as it was my big birthday I was allowed to put my feet up and be waited on - perfect!
