Also on the first floor is a bedroom with twin single beds (which can be configured as a 5' king-size bed on request) with an en-suite shower room, another bedroom with a 5' king-size bed, and a bunk bedroom sleeping four children that shares a family bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms with 5' king-size beds (both can be configured as twin singles on request), each with an en-suite, with one of the rooms enjoying stunning sea views.

The ground floor offers open-plan living at its best, with a sitting room featuring three sofas, smart television, log burner, and Ottoman, alongside a generous dining area with seating for fourteen. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, American-style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and more. A cosy snug with seating and a second smart television provide the perfect spot to relax.

Outside, the property offers both a private enclosed rear courtyard with seating for four and an enclosed front terrace with a table and seating for up to fourteen guests, ideal for alfresco meals or drinks while taking in the sea views. Street parking is available directly outside on a first-come, first-served basis.
