Just needs new light bulb in utility area and battery in wall clock.But these are only minor fixes and we enjoyed our stay with other members of our group staying in barn accommodation next door.

The owners were very helpful - for instance, a storm had recently taken out the Starlink internet and we were advised that they were waiting on a a delivery of replacement but that we could hotspot to the smart TV in the meantime. So we learnt how to do that. The day after, the replacement arrived and was installed on the roof by the owner - in the rain - so the internet was up and running again. We had a great time, especially with the hot tub. Maybe there should be more information in the property, but other than that we can't fault it.
