This summary has been generated using feedback from guests who have stayed at this property

Jessamine Cottage is praised for its cleanliness, cosy atmosphere, and peaceful location, ideal for exploring the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches like biscuits and dog treats, though some mention issues with parking and suggest updates to certain amenities.

Cleanliness

The cottage is consistently described as clean and tidy, with several guests highlighting its spotless condition. This suggests a high standard of cleanliness maintained at the property.

Location

The location is appreciated for its quietness and proximity to local attractions, making it a good base for exploring the surrounding countryside. However, the lack of a pub or shop in the immediate vicinity and parking difficulties slightly affect the score.

Comfort

Guests find the cottage comfortable and cosy, with a particularly comfy bed and living room. Some concerns about narrow beds and the need for better pillows slightly lower the comfort score.

Facilities

While the cottage is well-equipped with modern appliances and reliable WiFi, recurring comments about the need for updates to the cooker, shower, and heating system indicate room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.
