Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches from the owners, including homemade bread and provisions. While some guests noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance, the overall experience is one of comfort and enjoyment, with the property being well-equipped for families and groups.

Cleanliness received mixed reviews. Some guests reported a lack of cleanliness, mentioning dust and dirty crockery, while others did not raise any concerns. The varied feedback suggests that cleanliness standards may fluctuate.

The location is frequently described as beautiful and private, with easy access to local attractions and walks. However, one review mentioned road noise, which slightly impacts the score.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, with plenty of space and amenities for adults, children, and pets. The presence of a hot tub adds to the comfort level, although some minor comments about bedroom space and excessive cushions were noted.

The cottage is well-equipped and functional, with a hot tub that is maintained daily. Suggestions for improvement include the addition of a tumble dryer or heated rack. Some maintenance issues were reported, affecting the score.

The owners are commended for their thoughtfulness, providing homemade products and a welcome pack. While these gestures are highly appreciated, it is politely noted that such personal touches are not guaranteed with every stay.

Upon arrival we found no electricity to some of the lights , not ideal in the dark when you don’t know where anything is.Managed to contact the owner eventually who redder the trips in the consumer unit. This was caused by rain water getting into the outside lights in the decking which they are aware of.Cleanliness was not good.First job was to hoover the sofa and living room as this was filthy , this was not a pleasant experience as the smell from the hoover was horrendous. You could also write your name in the dust on the tv .Not the best start to a holiday. All in all it could do with some maintenance and decoration. Also I must mention the road noise as the property is close to a fast stretch of A road.

Lovely, cosy, well equipped cottage, in a private and beautiful location. Hot tub was great, very well positioned and lit, to get into from the cottage. Home made bread was gratefully received. Only suggestion would be more towels provided upfront for a 5 night stay, especially a hand towel in the downstairs bathroom. Otherwise, perfect.Thank you to the owners.
