Spacious en-suite bathroom, with hand-held shower to use sitting in the bath only, complete with basin and WC.

Open-plan living area with kitchen/dining area and sitting room with Clearview wood burning stove.
Gas central heating, woodburning stove (generous dumpy-loose net of logs provided) and oil-filled radiator .

Electric oven, Air fryer, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, filtered water tap, tall fridge/freezer, hand mixer set, coffee bean grinder and washing machine.

Smart TV with Freeview, Fibre WiFi, iPlayer, YouTube, Netflix (own subscription).

Fuel, power and starter pack of logs included in rent.

Bed linen and towels included in rent.

One small/medium well-behaved dog welcome.
