This newly renovated property offers guests comfortable accommodation, set amidst the beautiful Shropshire countryside complete with a private hot tub within the garden of the property, the large garden at the property is shared. It is a superb rural location for wonderful walks, perhaps ending up at one of the many local pubs/restaurants. Further afield guests will find many places of interest to visit.
Ludlow, a gourmet’s paradise and home to an imposing castle, many wonderful cafés, and unique shops plus a National Hunt racecourse too. Just a few miles away is Stokesay Castle, an English Heritage site, Shrewsbury, Hereford, Ironbridge, and many charming little border towns with their large array of independent bars, shops, and restaurants for guests to enjoy.
The owners have a dedicated pottery studio and guests are invited to enjoy a free one hour lesson when stopping at this delightful property should they wish with the owner and you can have your creations sent home.

The cottage was well equipped and cosy in what turned out to be a mixed week with weather. We had all 4 seasons in one day during mid week, which caused some regret as we could not use the hot tub or the barbecue. The beds were comfortable (always a bonus) and the showers worked well. Jonathan was a very welcoming host and we particularly enjoyed the free pottery lesson. Excellent base for meeting family and friends.

My friends and I had the most gorgeous stay at this cottage! The owners were so lovely! We absolutely loved our free pottery class given by Jonathan, a man with a huge talent and completely in his element when teaching us which was beautiful to observe. It was such a lovely experience to meet the owners two beautiful dogs, Bonnie and Branston too. The cottage was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
