Ludlow is a Medieval town with lovely architecture and an impressive 11th century Castle. Enjoy the popular market in the town square or visit one of the many independent pubs and restaurants. Across in Bridgnorth, the town is divided by the River Severn and offers riverside walks, a steam railway into the Severn Valley, and lots of traditional pubs. The unesco site at Ironbridge is 21 miles away, where you can visit one of the museums and enjoy a walk around the riverside town. After a busy day exploring the beautiful local area, make your way back through the quiet country lanes to your beautiful rural bolthole.
