The Larches is a spacious and well-equipped cottage set in a peaceful rural location with stunning countryside views, ideal for families and groups. Guests consistently praise the cleanliness, comfort, and helpfulness of the owners. The property is close to Ludlow and offers excellent opportunities for walks and relaxation. While a few minor issues such as creaky beds and occasional maintenance of footpaths are mentioned, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests eager to return.

Multiple reviews highlight the property as clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Only one review mentions dated carpets in some bedrooms, but this does not detract significantly from the overall impression.

The location is frequently described as peaceful, picturesque, and surrounded by beautiful countryside, with easy access to Ludlow and local attractions. The rural setting and views are standout features.

Guests find the cottage spacious, comfortable, and homely, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for families and groups. A few mention creaky beds and a desire for more lounge seating, but these are minor points.

The house is praised for being well-equipped, with a modern kitchen, games room, secure garden, and reliable heating and WiFi. Some minor mismatched decor and a TV issue are noted, but overall facilities are highly rated.

Owners are repeatedly described as friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Some guests mention thoughtful touches such as a bottle of wine and crisps on arrival, but please note that such gifts are not guaranteed.

The Larches is a lovely peaceful place to stay. The views are wonderful. We would highly recommend a stay there. We had a party of 7 in total and there was plenty of room.

We had a restful and relaxing holiday in a very rural location. Our only real disappointment was the state of the footpaths. We had been very excited by the number of footpaths that there were around the house but when we tried to walk them we found that they were either overgrown or blocked off and the styles were generally poorly maintained
