Just returned following a 3 night stay and happy to say that the facilities are great! I have spent a lot of time in hotels for work and can safely say this is the cleanest and best kept property I have ever stayed in. I’m not one for camping however the communal facilities on the site were just as clean as the lodge. Even a wash station to groom your dog! We were a party of 3 with 2 small dogs and had no problems whatsoever. Even an added bonus of charging your car at the side of the property. If you stay in the area make sure you visit The Pound Inn. Only a 30 minute walk and the atmosphere was great as was the food. If travelling in the area again we will be sure to make another booking.

Had a lovely stay at Manor Lodge, lovely and clean and comfortable and would definitely recommend it and would stay again, I think a hand rail would be an asset as the steps are quite high to the front door. Janet Groves

We had such a a fantastic time at Manor Lodge. The owners couldn't do more for you. The site was exceptionally clean as was the lodge. It was both spacious and cozy. I suffer with extensive pain and mobility issues but found the lodge really comfortable and easy to get round. It's approx 10 mins to supermarkets, food outlets etc. The local pub was sooo nice, friendly and food was delicious. There are many places to visit nearby, you cannot be bored. The dogs were welcomed and enjoyed exploring local walks/ woods and national trust areas. We would love to go back and are already planning our next visit!
