We had a lovely short break at The Studio. The owner, Lucy, is extremely helpful and nice without being intrusive. The Studio has everything you need. We were there in very grey weather and the cheerful lighting, cushions etc made it feel homely and welcoming. The location, set amongst fields, is lovely and although we didn’t get chance to sit on the terrace (as it was the middle of January) I can imagine how beautiful it would be in the nicer weather to sit out with a drink or two!

Once the booking had been confirmed Lucy ( the owner ) sent us a Welcome Pack with all the details of the cottage, directions, recommendations for the area and maps for walking.On arrival we received a very warm friendly welcome from Lucy and Jay and offer of help unloading the car, advice on anything they hadn't covered. The Studio is upstairs and all one level but very spacious, very comfortable and clean. They provide free Wi Fi which is reliable, dishwasher, laundry washer, modern cooking hob and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely walks on site although as we had a 5 day break in January it would be less colourful than better seasons.We needed help with the cooker as we are used to a gas cooker but Lucy came to assist straight away and solved the problemYou couldn't ask for more and they even provided a sour dough loaf, jam, honey and butter as well as the stated tea, coffee, spices etc. Highly recommend people stay here and both enjoy their break plus support a lovely couple. Well worth the money and you will feel relaxed I am sure

Excellent holiday home, everything you could wish for and so clean. Lovely walking area( although weather let us down) .lucy( owner) so lovely and friendly, nothing too much trouble for her. Fresh bread, milk, tea coffee and honey waiting for us on arrival.Will definitely book again.
