My wife and I, along with our three dogs, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners live on site and are very warm and welcoming. The property itself is well-maintained. It's clean with a very high-spec interior. For those with dogs, the garden is very secure, so there's no need to worry. The local village has an excellent local pub and eatery called EGO. You must give it a try during your stay. Ade and Carolyn are the perfect hosts. We would strongly recommend Serenity. We will be back next year.

This is a comfortable and well equipped cottage which we thoroughly enjoyed. The owners are on hand and welcoming but not intrusive. The cottage is up a narrow lane and we were lucky never to meet anything coming in the other direction all week!We found plenty to do in the area; pottery visit, a trip to Buxton, lovely walks but the highlight of our week was the visit to the National Memorial Arboretum which is just over 1 hour away.
