Enjoying a beautiful location resting on the owner's 22-acre smallholding, The Parlour is a fantastic barn conversion offering six guests superb accommodation in the village of Crudgington. This Shropshire cottage is ideal for a family or group of friends seeking a rural retreat, boasting contemporary country style and original features. Step into the open-plan living space, a social hub when you are not out exploring, with a bespoke timber dining table with bench seating, gather here for delicious family meals cooked in the excellent fitted kitchen. Discover a great range of appliances integrated into the attractive kitchen including an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and touch induction hob with a state-of-the-art extractor fan in the centre. Relax on the sofa and armchair before the Smart TV and enjoy views to the outside area from the large sliding glass door. There are three bedrooms; a king-size with an en-suite shower room and a Smart TV, and a bunk room both on the ground-floor, while up a stylish spiral staircase you can find the twin room with a Smart TV too. Completing the layout is the excellent family bathroom, and outside a large enclosed patio awaits you for barbecues in the sun.
