This lovely 2 bedroom holiday home, with double glazing and central heating, is the perfect place to use as a base for visiting Stratford Upon Avon and the surrounding Historical area.

The cosy lounge has patio doors leading out to an enclosed balcony with comfortable patio furniture. There are 2 comfy leather sofas, a 32 inch TV, and an electric fire

To the left of the entrance door there is an extendable dining table, and the open plan kitchen diner has a full size cooker with a 4 ring hob, microwave, dishwasher and an integral fridge freezer

There is a twin bedrooms, a family shower room and a master double bedroom with an en suite toilet, wardrobes and a dressing area

The weekly rate is between £500 and £600 and the nightly rate is between £80 and £100 depending on season.

Arrival and departure can be any day, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

As specified above, pets are welcome and are charged at £20 per stay .HOWEVER UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MUST YOUR PET BE LEFT ALONE IN THE CARAVAN AT ANY TIME OR ALLOWED ON THE FURNITURE

DISABILITY ACCESS: There are 5 steps with a handrail up to the caravan balcony. Access into the caravan is via the door off the balcony. All living areas are on one level once inside with no steps or raised doorways. There is a shower cubicle with a 6 inch raised edge to step into the shower. There is a car parking area directly outside the caravan
