On road parking. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 steps in the garden.. You are welcomed by the fantastic garden which leads you into the property. If you can tear yourself away from the stunning views at the back of the garden overlooking fields and countryside, step inside to be greeted by a lovely, well-equipped kitchen where you can create a feast for your fellow holidaymakers to be enjoyed in the wonderful dining room with bi-folding doors opening up into the garden. The living room boasts a cosy wood burner for those chillier evenings to curl up and watch a good film together on the Smart TV. Upstairs are three enticing bedrooms: two featuring double beds, one with balcony and amazing views and the third with twin beds. The bathroom gives a choice of a long soak in the bath or a quick shower to start your day.
Ufton Fields Nature Reserve is on your doorstep where you can explore beautiful grassland, woodland and wetland, discover wildlife and simply enjoy the great outdoors. There is a lovely circular walk you can take or spend time in bird hides spotting many different species. The village boasts a local pub and church and more local amenities can be found in neighbouring Southam only 2 miles away. Royal Leamington Spa with its Regency high street is just over 4 miles away where you can enjoy a wealth of shops and eateries.
Warwick with its famous castle is just over 7 miles away or for a slower pace head to the Burton Dassett Hills for a picnic and great walks. A trip to Stratford-upon-Avon is a great day out. You can explore the historic town, take a trip down the river, see a play at the Royal Shakespeare Company Theatre or find more about the Bard’s life as his birthplace is in the centre of the town. There is easy access to the Cotswolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where you can meander through country roads stopping off at picturesque points and country pubs along the way. The National Trust property of Farnborough Hall is just over 10 miles away and opens a couple of days a week during the summer months. Bicester Village, famous for its shopping village, is within easy driving distance as is Woodstock, home to Blenheim Palace.

Ufton Fields' view was an amazing cottage ,everything you need .The kitchen was well equipped .The living area very comfy as were the beds.It was very pet friendly, the garden was absolutely amazing and the views magnificent, we spend each evening sitting at the end of the garden with a glass of wine and watched the sunset ,doesn't get must better than this after a day out .I most definitely would recommend this cottage and hope ti be back very soon Definitely deserves 5 stars
