A beautiful four-bedroomed bungalow set on the top of Clee Hill in the village of Doddington in the Shropshire Hills AONB, boasting wonderful features for a memorable cottage holiday. Hence five stars for our stay. We have used Sykes on many occasions over the years. Until this booking the Company was excellent. On this occasion their staff members were appalling. After over twenty WhatsApp messages over a four week period, I gave up attempting to extend our one week stay by three days. I consider the last message from a staff member to be rude. A formal complaint by letter to Sykes Head Office has not even been acknowledged after almost three weeks. Hence the zero rating for Sykes!
