Frankie's Seaview 4 is a modern, clean apartment with stunning sea views and a convenient location close to town. Guests appreciate the proximity to amenities and the harbour, as well as the jacuzzi bath. Some concerns were raised about maintenance issues and the lack of blackout blinds, but the cleanliness and helpful caretaker are highly praised.
The apartment is consistently described as very clean and spotless, with multiple reviews praising its cleanliness. This suggests a high standard of hygiene and care.
The location is highly regarded for its sea views and proximity to town and amenities. However, parking restrictions and the need for off-site parking slightly affect the convenience.
The apartment offers comfort with large armchairs and a jacuzzi bath. However, some guests mentioned issues with the bed size and the impact of external lighting on sleep quality.
Facilities like the well-fitted kitchen and modern bathroom are appreciated, but there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as peeling paint, a broken window, and complicated TV operation.
There are no mentions of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts, so it is not possible to assess this category.

South of Scarborough and Filey on Yorkshire's east coast is the seaside town of Bridlington. On either side of the old harbour, two award-winning beaches with golden sand are teeming with activity. Wonderfully constructed promenades provide everything from amusement parks to peaceful nooks where you may sit and people-watch. A interesting contrast to life on the beach, where the most recent episode of Dad's Army was recorded, Bridlington's shops, sights, restaurants, and historic "Old Town" can be found there. The Bridlington Spa Theatre on the waterfront offers night-time entertainment. In addition, the East Riding Leisure Centre has a family swimming pool in addition to a number of other indoor pursuits. The charming towns and landscape of the Yorkshire Wolds, the nearby resorts of Filey, Scarborough, and Whitby, and the breathtaking historic coastline are all further away. The rspb bird sanctuary in Bempton, Sewerby Castle, Danes Dyke, and Flamborough Head with its cliffs and caves are just a few of the attractions in the vicinity. Excellent for bird and environment enthusiasts as well as sightseeing.

Very clean. Caretaker extremely helpful. Could do with a little maintenance. Widow in kitchen was broken and isn't closed properly which isn't ideal especially in winter. Paint coming off walls. Heating was set to a timer so only came on a couple of hours in the morning and at night. Which again isn't ideal in the middle of winter but was given a electric fan heater which worked fine and soon warmed the place up. I would definitely stay again probably cleanest place I've stayed and the views are amazing.
