This ground floor apartment is just across the road from the beach and is perfect for a family holiday. The courtyard to the rear of the property is enclosed, and there is a ramp entrance directly into the conservatory for easy access. Guests are welcome to use the restaurant, bar and entertainment facilities at the Hotel Expanse which belongs to the same owner. The apartment has a spacious kitchen/dining area with all modern amenities, and French doors lead into the bright conservatory.
Fisherman’s Friend makes a great base for a family holiday. Why not visit the Yorkshire Wolds and the North York Moors National Park, have a day out in York or Hull, or just have a lazy time on the beach?
Bridlington has plenty of restaurants, bars and shops as well as a busy working harbour. It’s also home to Bridlington Spa Theatre, a great venue for international acts. There’s two golf courses close by and also a leisure centre with challenging climbing walls and a swimming pool.
Danes Dyke Nature Reserve is along the cliff tops and is well worth the walk. Great for walking the dog, or if the children prefer, there’s the land train taking you as far as Sewerby. Beach 100 yards. Shop 1¼ miles, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

Our first stay and we enjoyed it. A little tlc and a few minor repairs would not go amiss. It is very large and the beds very comfortable. Minor drawback sofas are a little low for someone of age but we managed. And parking does not suite large cars Would defo book again

Large apartment well equipped in a fantastic location.This was our 3rd visit of 10 day duration in 2026. The cleanliness has improved especially the conservatory, however some end of season grime on soft furnishings. The second bedroom suffers from damp. There is black mold on the outside wall by the bed plus the vertical Window blinds are black with mold across the bottom approx 4 inch high. The outside definitely lets this property down.There is some cladding fallen off during winter 25/26 exposing wood parts to the upper floor.This does not directly affect the down stairs apartment .The overall appearance needs an upgrade

Brilliant location but needs a good deep clean..however the bedding and towels were very clean and the bed so comfy. You can tell they have put quality furniture when bought …the apartment would be A1 with a deep clean
