Inside you will find a large family kitchen complete with quartz worktops, belfast sink and a gas range. There is a breakfast bar and additional comfortable seating area where you can enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the chef in the group cook up a delicious home cooked meal. The dining room with exposed beams sits next door and offers plenty of seating for everyone. Relax on an evening in the spacious living room with Smart TV. Disney Plus and Netflix have been provided for your entertainment. The modern wall-mounted electric fire will keep the chill away during the cooler winter months. A ground floor bedroom, ideal for those who can’t manage the stairs, has a super kingsize zip and link bed and sits to the front of the property. The private pool leads off from the kitchen and also provides a shower room for showering before taking a dip. Please be aware that visitors must shower after being in the pool as the chlorine will bleach the carpets - any damage will be charged for.
The Heaters are on 8.00 am - 8.00 pm, and due to the extreme low overnight temperatures during the winter months, the water is taking longer to heat up in the pool and the temperature cannot be guaranteed in the mornings.
Swimming pool temperature is set at 30 degrees.
There is a security deposit of £250 to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival, please pay by BACs directly to the owner

Lovely spacious house. All the rooms where large. As a 4 generation family aged from 4-90, we all made use of the facilities, particularly the pool .James met us at the house and went through a few details.Could do with shower screens in the ensuite bathrooms.In the kitchen an Airfryer would be useful, and baking trays that actually fit the oven.Although there where clothes airers, a washing line would be handy.The patio could do with being jet washed, and a warning notice of the hazard of slipping when wet. Local facilities where a 10 minute walk.We visited a few of the coastal towns and Flamborough Head. Saw plenty of seals but no puffins.We all had a good holiday.A treats basket with Easter eggs for the grandchildren and other goodies was very much appreciated.

Northstead House is a fabulous holiday cottage in a beautiful part of the world. The house is absolutely massive, with loads of room and great facilities. We really enjoyed all areas of the house especially the pool and bar areas. Our group ranged from 12 to 77 years of age and everyone loved the house.
