Welcome to Pond’s View, a beautifully presented lodge nestled in the popular Bridlington Links Park in Sewerby, along the stunning East Yorkshire coastline. This charming retreat offers comfortable accommodation for four guests, complete with a private hot tub and lovely views across a very pretty pond.
Step inside to find an open plan living space adorned in soothing hues of blue. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need to cook up a storm and then enjoy your creations at the dining table set to one side. Relax on the two comfortable sofas by the electric fire while watching the Smart TV, which comes with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and Disney+. French doors lead to an enclosed decking area with a hot tub, additional seating, and scenic park views. The lodge features a cosy twin bedroom with a Smart TV and a house bathroom with a bath with shower overhead. The master bedroom offers a kingsize bed, en suite shower room, and another Smart TV.
Bridlington Links is a haven for wildlife including rare great crested newts that have made the pond their home and deer that roam freely around the park. Guests can enjoy the bar and restaurant at the nearby golf clubhouse. A 15-minute walk takes you to the beach, with private gated access to Sewerby Hall and the gardens next door. There’s a bus stop directly outside the park for easy access to Bridlington. This area offers a choice of beaches and Danes Dyke Nature Reserve is just along the road. Nature enthusiasts will love rspb Bempton Cliffs and the Flamborough Heritage coastline. Bring your golf clubs as there’s a few golf courses to choose from locally!
Historic towns of York and Beverley are under an hour away, as are the Yorkshire Wolds perfect for walking and cycling. Bridlington offers an indoor leisure centre, live events at Bridlington Spa, a working harbour, and an array of tea rooms, restaurants, bars, and fish and chip shops. Pond’s View is the perfect retreat for a Yorkshire getaway. Beach 1 mile.

Absolutely incredible lodge! A home away from home! 5* all around from me, there was nothing I could fault! The location is perfect for costal walks and remote quietness, the cleanliness was top tier, and I have to say it was the most well equipped lodge I have ever stayed in, it had everything you could ever need, it was super super cosey and decorated lovely for Christmas. The owners were fabulous and replied promptly to any questions! I will be recommending this to all of my family and friends and I am already considering dates to come back in 2026!
