By far the best place we have ever stayed at. The views are to die for, looking over the sea, and watching the sun rise daily as we had unusually good weather for the last week in October.We’ve booked again for next September, as we basically could not get in before that, as I expect most people who have stopped here have basically booked the place out all the way from April to September.Just a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

Everything was perfect except the beds, that were extremely uncomfortable. The location was spectacular, the property was outstanding and the views from the balcony amazing.Property could be enhanced by new mattresses.

Sandbanks is a beautiful house with amazing views, very clean with two living areas so plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed our week away, the only downside was the comfort of the beds. The mattresses have toppers, however they aren’t as comfortable as we would have liked. However this would not deter us from returning, we would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family
