Our second time visiting this property, another lovely stay. The location is excellent and the balcony space is beautiful. The property has been spotless on both stays - the enclosed garden is great for the dogs and parking is excellent and makes life easy. However, there were a few things we noticed this time which affected our comfort rating. The beds that are singles joined together were extremely uncomfortable - with the ridging between them being noticeable- the springs in the beds also made them uncomfortable to sleep in. We noticed we didn’t use the hot tub this year despite the weather being beautiful and that was due to it feeling rather cool. I read in your information book that the hot tub temperature could be raised- however it appeared locked on the hot tub screen. Lastly, it was slightly disappointing to not receive a welcome pack on arrival - a small bottle of milk would have been appreciated by us to make a drink when arriving after travelling.

What a truly beautiful house. We all had a really splendid holiday. Such attention to detail. The outside hoses, great when coming off the Beach. The hot tub service halfway through the week very welcome.The kitchen, lacked nothing.Gorgeous bedding and plentiful towels.Out hostess Emily was welcoming and obliging. (We left some pet medication which she posted back to us immediately.)Bridlington is amazing. So clean and accessible and extremely friendly.A really charming, very underrated, small seaside resort.Probably the cleanest and most litter free of all our UK holidays for the past seven years, covering North, South, East and West England, Wales and Scotland.Sewerby Model Village was a surprising hit with us all.As was the fantastic "pop up" fish restaurant in the old lifeboat station.
