Wow. We thought when we booked it looked special. When we arrived and walked through the door we knew we were right. All rooms were of good size and with Tvs in each bed room and two in the living rooms there were plenty of places to be on your own if needed.Access to the beach was great and you could walk for miles or into Bridlington it self.As we were three families there was plenty of space and the kitchen had everything we needed.The Ship Inn at Sewerby was very good but very busy for Sunday lunch, we did find Fish and Chip shops shut early when out of season.Granddaughter liked watching the rabbits on the golf course behind the house.Very quiet location but bus into town or the land train or just a short walk made life very easy.Would we go again YES but probably a bit later in year as didnt get on the beach as much as we would like due to weather. But saying that a great a great place to watch storms out at sea.

The house is beautiful and spotless with everything you might need. It was perfect for our family weekend including 5 young children and everyone loved it. The location was brilliant and quiet and just a short stroll to a great sandy beach which was dog friendly and the walk into Bridlington also easy with pushchairs. The garden was also great with a comfortable seating area and the adults enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. We would definitely recommend 😊
