Lovely clean bungalow on a holiday park. Fantastic hot tub. Main supermarkets and beaches about 10 mins away. Not luxury but bungalow facilities are good for money. Would recommend to anyone but bear in mind:Fridge freezer is under counter and tiny. Fine for a couples weekend but for a family for a week we had to shop daily. Location is next to an animal park. No problem if you sleep with windows shut. Early morning call from neighbouring animals otherwise plus peacocks roam the grounds and add to very early morning wake up calls. The neighbouring bungalow is also a holiday home I think. You cannot choose your neighbours! Luckily ours were only around for the weekend.

On arrival it looked lovely and clean.Nice quiet site. Perfect location for going into Bridlington(10 min drive)Hot tub was brilliant! However it’s not suitable for a family! We are a family of 4 2 adults 2 young teens the sofas were far too small to seat all 4 of us comfortably. There was a strong stench of dog wee on one of the sofas and on the kitchen mat/flooring! Unfortunately there was no brush/dustpan and brush to sweep up. Under the sink let out an awful stench Everytime we opened it! The bedding was far too thick for this time of year. Door frame hanging off near the front door. Towels provided were all bleach stained. Stale milk spills in the fridge and dry food spillages were left on the worktop. Ted’s places needs a good bit of tlc and it could be prefect for a couples get away.

Great holiday home. Clean and comfortable, had everything that was needed. Hot tub was really good, especially to chill out in at night. Lots of outdoor space. The only suggestion I would make would be to have summer quilts on as it was very warm during the night. Will definitely stay again.
