Loved our stay at The Roost, it was ideal for our three generations family break. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and well equipped but the kitchen isn't very big, so it occasionally felt a bit crowded. Our two grandchildren enjoyed having the field to burn off some energy! We had a wonderful time at Bempton Cliffs RSPB reserve (sadly we were a little too early for the puffins) which is a pleasant walk from Manor Farm and also visited Filey. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We loved our week at the Roost and it had everything we required. It was our first stay on the Flamborough peninsular which we thought spectacular and especially liked the proximity to Bempton Cliffs and easy access to Sewerby, Bridlington and Filey. We certainly hope to visit again.

A good choice for our family of 6 adults and 1 child. The four en-suite bathrooms and parking for three cars were a major factor in choosing this cottage.Overall a great cottage which had everything we needed for a short break.
