Easy to find location for easy routes to Ingleton/Kirkby Lonsdale/Lakes, as well as other parts of Yorkshire, including Settle and Hawes. The lodge itself was clean, freshly renovated and had modern touches throughout. Only downside was that, despite previous reviews and management feedback about installing lighting outside the lodge itself, this hadn't been done by our visit, which meant it was hard to see the steps leading up to the lodge at night, a contrast with the other lodges on the site, which all had outside lights fitted. Things to note is that there is no handsoap or tea/coffee in the lodge itself, but there is an Asda express along with Booths within a 5-20minute drive.
