The ground floor also features an invigorating shower room and two lovely bedrooms: a cheery twin and a colourful king-size room. A bespoke wooden staircase leads up to the first floor, with a refreshing bathroom featuring a free-standing bath and walk-in shower, alongside a spacious super-king-size bedroom with a charming private balcony. From the main living area, doors lead out onto a stylish sheltered deck with plenty of garden furniture including a hot tub. This is a wonderful spot for peaceful country rambles, with Lindley Wood Reservoir half a mile to the south, and Swinsty Reservoir and Fewston Reservoir to the north (both within 4 miles). The historic spa town of Harrogate (9 miles) is home to a wealth of fantastic restaurants, pubs and cafes, with attractions including the Royal Pump room Museum, RHS Garden Harlow Carr, and the Valley Gardens.
