Set on a quiet country lane, a mile from the town of Stokesley and surrounded by peaceful field views. The local area is bursting with leisurely walking and cycling trails and welcoming country pubs and more challenging routes for the more adventurous. The pretty village of Great Ayton is 3 miles away and well worth a visit for a trip to the Captain Cook School Museum and a nice meal. Head to the iconic landmark of Roseberry Topping for a refreshing circular walk and a view across to the North Sea. Slightly further afield is The Cleveland Way, a National Trail in ancient Cleveland, it runs 110 miles between Helmsley and the Brigg at Filey, skirting the North York Moors National Park. The lounge area has comfy seating, perfect for relaxing with a good book or to watch your favourite programme on the smart TV, also with patio doors leading out into the garden. The converted barn has retained its original features including the beams. In the kitchen area you will find everything you need including an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Enjoy breakfast or dinner at the dining table and plan the days ahead. Continuing further through the property you will find the two cosy double bedrooms and the shower room comprising of a shower and WC. Step outside to the lawned area next to the owners' garden and head through the pretty garden arch and into a private seating area with garden furniture if you fancy dining alfresco.
