An excellent and well appointed cottage,which is warm,comfortable and well equipped with good quality items. The cottage was prettily decorated for Easter.A kind and helpful owner who was responsive to a request to potentially include an extra dog. We didn't need this option,as it turned out but nice to know that she was willing to be flexible.Our dogs loved her friendly and happy farm dogs.There are enough walks and small towns to visit to keep you busy for a week. A pub on the adjacent holiday park is open to the public and in walking distance.It is very dark at night so take a strong wide beam torch if you are walking to the pub or taking a dog out.The cottage is private and peaceful and we would recommend it for a lovely restorative break. No negatives at all to comment on

Lovely cottage , beautifully decorated for Christmas.. clean, & warm. Nice welcome pack too. Nice touch for pets too with throws and treats etc.Suggested improvements:1. Mattress protector was crackly, not comfortable to sleep on and made the bed hot2. Bed very low to the ground.. difficult for more mature couples3. Bed linen was very thin and synthetic, cotton would be better4. Needs oven gloves5. Pint glasses would be nice7. Dogs were barking a lot in the evening
