Two steps lead up to the front door of this pretty terraced cottage, upon entering guests will find the cosy lounge, is an excellent place to unwind after a day's exploring. This room has been lovingly finished with comfortable seating, TV and DVD, along with a decorative fireplace and a large bay window which floods the room with light. Returning to the hallway, a separate spacious dining room has been finished to the same high standard as the lounge and offers a feature fireplace, and a small study area with a rolltop desk. The kitchen has been well equipped offering an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, whilst the washing machine can be found in a separate outside utility room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the first being a sumptuous super king size and the other a king size both with high quality linen and mattresses for a great nights' sleep. The bathroom, which is accessed via two steps down from the landing, features a bath, separate walk in shower, and WC. Outside, there is a small charming patio seating area to the front of the property, with lovely mature shrubs and plants, whilst there is a further enclosed yard to the rear of the cottage which can be accessed via the kitchen. Garden furniture is provided, allowing guests to enjoy alfresco dining during the warmer months of the year. There is roadside parking available outside the property for which a permit is not required. Need to know: 2 comfortable bedrooms 1 super king and 1 king size. Roadside parking with no restrictions. Hornbeam Park Train Station is a 5 minute walk away with direct trains to Leeds and York. Pubs, shops, takeaways and supermarket within walking distance.
