Showcasing many of its original features, this stylish home offers three reception rooms including a fabulous cinema room with a 70 inch wall mounted television, football table, drinks fridge and movie decor; a stunning sitting room with relaxed seating flanking a feature wood burning stove; a wonderful playroom featuring a second wood burning stove, where little ones will delight in playing 'teachers' with the giant chalk board, or adults can enjoy as a second cosy sitting room; the homely and well-equipped kitchen, complete with two Aga ovens is ideal for preparing family meals, whether a light bite or a delicious supper for all. The kitchen leads through to a bright, farmhouse style breakfast room and then onto an elegant dining room, the perfect setting for everyone to gather for special occasion feasts.

Six welcoming bedrooms enjoy views from every window; the master bedroom features a super-king size bed and en-suite bathroom and the remaining bedrooms comprise of two double bedrooms, a twin room and bunk bed room (perfect for younger guests). A further king-size bedroom features an en-suite shower room and private entrance via steps leading from the garden.

The landscaped garden provides an idyllic sanctuary amongst beautiful countryside with stunning views. There are multiple seating areas where you can enjoy al-fresco dining, or sink into one of the outside sofas and take in the tranquillity. Enjoy exploring walks along the Charlton Trail, set within the property grounds. The village of Dacre is close by, with a village store for everyday essentials, along with The Wellington Inn, an 18th century pub serving excellent food.

Although the property can accommodate a total of 12 guests, there is a maximum of 10 adults due to the bunk beds in bedroom five being suitable for children under the age of 14 years.

One small breed of dog welcome (small additional charge).

Children and infants welcome, please bring your own travel cot and highchair.
