This delightful cottage near Summerbridge offers lovely views from almost every room. It occupies a tranquil location surrounded by a network of footpaths, yet is close to the village of Summerbridge and the National Trust's Brimham Rocks. Featuring an open plan living area with small but well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a cosy seating area, this is a lovely base for exploring this wonderful area.
The bedroom is stylish, with a beautiful bay window and there is a lovely bathroom, making this a perfect Summerbridge cottage for a romantic retreat. Outside is a small patio area, ideal for sitting out and enjoying an evening drink. Well known for its prize-winning floral displays, the town also has a leisure centre that offers splendid sports facilities as well as the riverside park with children's play area. Also worth visiting are the town's Craft Workshops and the award winning Nidderdale Museum, showing a collection of artefacts to illustrate aspects of Dales life in the past. The Nidd valley offers excellent walks both up and down stream as well as fantastic bird watching opportunities. Its very comfortable, an all ground floor property. If I had a complaint it would be no facilities in the shower room for disabled people, a grab rail, shower stool & perching stool would be advisable. That aside the property & surrounding area well worth the money. The owner, Mrs Bradly is very amiable & accommodating.

Everything has been taken into account facilities wise. The owner was very friendly and helpful for somewhere to go for Sunday lunch with a dog.Cottage very clean on arrival and the milk and biscuits was a nice thought as mam never brought any. We had nice weekend plenty to do and the red kites and buzzard that frequented the skies around the cottage was amazing. We will be back. Mam loves this cottage as it is all one level, bed is very comfortable,mam has arthritis.Good way to use shower to
