A warm welcome and a welcome basket on arrival, but no milk to make tea. Lovely view out the back.Plenty of kitchen equipment.Bed comfy. A couple of things need attention.Damp in second bedroom on ceiling and on bottom of wall by the window.Shower head needs a clean and a slip mat. Not far for Masham, Ripon, knaresborough The cottage is in a quite erea, just a pub next door.

Beautiful cottage a real home from home. Location is a great base for exploring the dales.. Sadly we didn't realize most shops pubs cafes in the area are closed Sun to Thursday but then it was mid Feb.
